FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions operators usually ask before deciding whether structured operational systems make sense for their operation.

Is CardoCore a software product or a service?

CardoCore is a systems company. We design and build custom operational systems for clients using our internal operational architecture runtime.

The runtime itself is not sold as a standalone product. Clients receive a production-ready system built around their operation.

How is this different from a CRM or workflow tool?

Most CRMs and workflow tools track activity or automate steps after decisions are made.

CardoCore defines what must be true before work can move forward. That difference prevents failure instead of reporting it.

Why structure beats tracking

Do we have to change how we operate to use CardoCore?

No. CardoCore systems are built around how your operation already runs.

Where change is required, it's usually because structured process makes gaps visible - not because the system imposes arbitrary process.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines depend on operational complexity, not feature count.

Most projects progress through mapping, architecture design, build, and launch. Specific timing is discussed after understanding the operation.

How CardoCore systems are built

Is CardoCore a good fit for small teams?

It can be, but structured systems make the most sense when mistakes are costly or visible.

For very small or highly fluid teams, lighter tools are often a better starting point.

When CardoCore is not a fit

What kinds of industries does CardoCore work with?

CardoCore works best in operations where approvals, readiness, proof, or auditability matter.

Examples include real estate, field and service operations, travel and booking workflows, and internal operational platforms.

Use cases

Does CardoCore integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. CardoCore systems are designed to coexist with existing tools.

Structured operational logic typically sits above CRMs, booking systems, or internal tools - governing when and how work can advance.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on operational complexity, not licenses or seats.

Most engagements fall into defined ranges, which are discussed after operational mapping.

Engagement and pricing

What happens after we reach out?

The first step is a working conversation about what keeps breaking today.

If a structured system isn't the right approach, we'll say so.

How it works

What if structured process feels too strict for our culture?

Structure only works when leadership supports it.

If bypassing rules is acceptable or encouraged, structured systems will feel restrictive instead of helpful.
